Greetings: On April 1st, the Hunter family purchased  Uncle Wally’s BBQ & Catering Co.
With some 30 years combined restaurant and catering experience we will bring you the  best BBQ and catering service available in the Pacific NW. Our tender, mouth-watering BBQ comes from  carefully selecting our meats, trimming most all the fat and then rubbing, injecting and slow smoking over a hickory fire for many hours. The result, is a mouth-watering robust meal each and every time. This combined with our home made sides and desserts create a culinary experience that's hard to beat.
