Howdy, I' the owner of Uncle Wally’s BBQ & Catering.
I’ve been tending the smoking pits and watching the grills for a lot of years. Our tender, mouth-watering BBQ comes from my Southern heritage and is a “cross” of Texas beef , Memphis ribs and Carolina pork smoking techniques using 100% hardwoods with no additives or chemicals, savory spice rubs and sauces.

“BBQ to perfection” means overnight, slow-cooked succulent meats at just the right temperature. I’ve mastered smoking in its finest tradition so that you can enjoy this delicious taste at your next meal or event. After all, our BBQ is an EVENT in itself!
